Functioning treadle spinning wheel with 3 bobbins (preferably all the same
ratio)
If bringing your own wheel, a Lazy Kate (either attached or free-standing)
If bringing your own wheel, a threading hook (almost all wheels need an orifice
threading hook, the exception to this rule is the Louet wheels).
Niddy-Noddy (optional)
Wheel lubricant
Hand Cards (optional)
Other items:
Slippers or sandals (optional)
Notebook
Pencil/Pen
Scissors
If you already own or have access to a functioning treadle spinning wheel there is no need to rent one. In fairness to the other participants in the class your equipment must be in good working
order or we will lose valuable classroom time.
